Niv Blushinsky, LL.M., LL.B.
Niv Blushinsky is the General Manager of Aliyah Partners and an Israeli real-estate attorney (LL.M., LL.B.). He is a co-founder of City Square, the Givatayim-based real-estate company behind the marketing and management of projects such as Tzomet HaPil, Dizengoff 77 and Louis Marshall 43 in Tel Aviv and High Tower in Givatayim, and part of the G-Group development family.
His practice sits at the point where development meets the individual buyer: title and lien checks at the Land Registry (Tabu), purchase contracts with developers and private sellers, purchase-tax planning for residents, non-residents and new olim, bank guarantees under Israel's Sale (Apartments) Law, powers of attorney for buyers who sign from abroad, and the long-term legal side of managing a property you don't live in.
At Aliyah Partners he is responsible for the legal track of every purchase, and he writes the guides on this site for families and investors abroad who want to understand how buying in Israel actually works before they commit to anything.
