The gap we saw from the inside
Working with developers across Israel, we watched families from New York, London and Paris overpay, miss better units, or walk away from good deals out of fear, simply because nobody explained the system to them in their language.
Israel's market is fast, informal and full of local knowledge that never reaches a listing site. Buyers abroad are usually served last. We built Aliyah Partners to flip that: one accountable team, developer-side knowledge, and an incentive structure that only rewards us when you close well.
Aliyah Partners is the international arm of G-Group, an Israeli real-estate development company. That is where our developer-side experience, and our access, comes from.
